Do the Ten Commandments still matter?

Today's lesson: Writing an opinion/comments article is not equivalent to writing whatever you want. It involved substantiating your arguments and at least in part engaging with the discourse that already surrounds the topic.

I don't think this article was entirely successful because it began as my using it as a platform and trying to be funny. As the editing process wore on the "funny" was stripped out of it and we're left with an article that, though satisfactory, does not address all facets of the issue.

But still it was a learning experience.
